I do! I take my inhalers and spacers and like this big bag. When i take them my friends all think that i'm dieing or something, they ask me loads of questions and its really embaressing. I am so happy other people feel like this. Then her mum says "do you know what your doing and everything yes?" because she doesnt know anything about asthma if it goes wrong

When I was staying in my mates the other night and was taking meds, she started glaring. So I chucked my symbicort at her. That sorted it! |

Hey
When I went on holiday with my friends I took my meds when everyone was getting ready for bed/ getting into pyjamas or sorting things out (like choosing a movie) and then when people were getting dressed in the morning so people were distracted. I did get some questions, but generally that's cos they're interested- not because they want to make you worried or self conscious. If you're really worried go to the bathroom and take it

it can be a bit embarrassing when you use it in front of people especailly when they watch you but you have to take it and everyone has felt like that sometime. have fun |

I'm sleeping over my friends tonight but i really hate it cuz i have to take all my meds with me. It really embarasing cuz i have like a whloe bag full of stuff and she doesnt no i take all that stuff. I guess il just go to the bathroom to take my inhalers and that. Does anyone else get really embarassed taking there inhaler? |
