Hmm.... Maybe instead of waiting for an attack to happen take your inhaler before going on hike and every hour or so just to keep your asthma from flaring up. KEEP WARM!!!! You will get seriously cold trust me i have done it before so that may compltley ruin you lungs but as long as you have your inhalors at the ready it should be fine!!! Or talk to your doc? I know I've gone completely loopy, but I'm planning on climbing the Yorkshire 3 peaks and Ben Nevis next year. As it stands my asthma is pretty well controlled, but I don't want it to be a pain on the trek. Any suggestions? Vicky x |
