Hey, Welcome to the boards  hope you find them useful. I find cold air really triggers my asthma so if its anywhere near cold I usually go out with a scarf. Also colds trigger me off, but there's not much you can do to prevent them except for basic hygiene etc (and keeping on taking your meds) Caz x | ||

Welcome xxxx At the moment i have got this cough which messes with my asthma and stops me breathin a bit. Just make sure you got an inhaler and you and your friends know where it is!!! Phoebe xxx | ||

Hey Bfine!! Im doin okay except for the fact im sick with a chest cold right now. Anyways welcome to KA!!!!!  During the winter my asthma gets bad from the cold air. I just do exactly what im doing for my asthma right now like remembering to take all my meds and stuff. When I get sick during the winter I have to be extra careful so I dont get an attack. Also when I get tight chested during the winter my mum makes me tea and the warmness helps me feel better. Hope this helps!! -Jessxx | ||
