yes you can use vento without a spacer but the problem with that is that lots of the medicine gets stuck in your mouth and so less gets into your lungs where its needed. Using the spacer may seem irriating as its a bulky thing to carry with you but it makes sure more of you meds reach you lungs Lorna

Hey everyone hope evrybodys been well!!! Recently my doctor told me to use my ventolin inhaler with a spacer. Can you use a ventolin inhaler without a spacer?? thanks! -Jessxx |
