Remember that everyone's different I am 15 and fairly short compared to other people in my class/year (5f2ish) but I try and put it down to my meds/not getting calcium as I'm dairy intollerant. I'd love to be as tall as you! And also, weight isn't necessarily an indicator of how healthy you are - e.g. rugby players can be huge and heavy but they're a lot healther than an average person who may be a lower weight. x |

You are quite tall so you should be heavier than some of your other friends who may be smaller heightwise. So I would say that you dont show the weight like a smaller person would like me (I'm only 5 foot 3 and im 16 lol) So pick a favourite sport and exercise with friends and have a ball! this will boost your self esteem Keep smiling! xxx |

Swimming is one of the best excercises going hunny. Also it's great for people who have asthma as it helps the lungs or something along those lines. I have had also problems with my weight but hunny you will grow out of it. It's puberty darling you'll be fine xx |

This probably isn't the best question to post on here as none of us can say whether or not this is big, as stages of puberty, height and body composition can all affect your weight. If your worried i'd suggest speaking to your school nurse for advice on healthy eating and excercising safely. If your asthmas under control try doing some gentle excercise like swmming or walking and gradually building it up, also try and eat lots of fruit and veg. Remember that your still growing and your bodys changing! x |
