Just use your inhaler and if they ask you questions answer them. If they ask you questions they are probably just interested and won't be horrible to you  I used to find it more scarey talking about taking it instead of just taking it and saying nothing. Hope this helps a bit Once you take it infront of people for a while you get used to it, don't worry. P.S Asthma is nothing to be ashamed of X | ||

Just tell em you have asthma and that taking your inhaler means you don't get poorly in pe... If they make stupid jokes about it it just shows that they aren't a) very nice or b) very mature. | ||

when i go back to school at p.e i am going to take my inhaler 10mins before like my doc says. because before i was scared of taking my inhaler infront of poeple and i was suffering through p.e and after without taking my inhaler casue i was scared but after hols when we go back to school im gunna take it and i dont care what any one says. if they ask me why am i taking my inhaler or anything like that what do u think i should say thnks helena |
