If you don't taste anything, there's a very good chance it's not working. If you take the top off the inhaler, you should be able to press the cannister down into the mouthpiece section and force it to dispense some medication. If this works, then the Easi-breath part is broken. If it doesn't work, then the cannister is faulty. Either way, take it back to your pharmacy and they'll be able to sort you out. Hi all, I've just been diagnosed with exercise induced asthma @ 43 and they prescribed one of these easy breath jobbies... Thing is, I can't tell if it's actually dispensing. I tried slow long inhale and powerful shorter inhales but don't hear anything or taste anything. Is it actually working? Any advice would be very helpful as I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. regards Lee |
