like i said in other posts, about me not taking my brown, cos i was rebelling lol, well i can't run up the stairs now without getting short of breath, yeah it gets to me down too  |

thanx. i guez i shuld b takin ma medz more regularaly and i suppose rebellin isnt relly gonna help. i think i mite email an asthma nurse coz none ov my familly understand or anyvin thanx so much 4 ur advice, itz just soo anoying and i just feel so hopeless like not being able 2 du anyvin.

Heya
Sorry your asthma's so bad and making you feel low. First thing, try to take your meds, you have them for a reason and if you don't take them then *it is* going to make your asthma worse.
The more you remember to take your meds when you're supposed to the less (hopefully) your asthma will get in the way as much. It's not always the case but it at least relieves the severity of the symptoms.
Maybe talk to someone about how your asthma's getting you down.
Perhaps do some things that won't trigger your asthma but that you'll enjoy to make you feel better, maybe invite some friends round and watch a feel good movie or something.

Hey u guyz ma asthmaz been worze l8ly + im feelin bad coz like i cant du anyvin even walkin round ve house getz me weezy. Doez any1 hav any advice coz im feelin really bad. I started skiping ma meds sumetimez and itz makin me worze. can sum1 pleeze help me coz im feelin soo bad and i just dont no wot 2 du anymore itz like ive given up hope
