have u tried nexium? sometimes laryngopharangeal reflux (acid arching into your lungs) can exacerbate asthma and create hay fever symptoms

hope this helps!! :-)

Anyone else stuggling to control their asthma at the moment?
Despite having been on symbicort 100/6 4 puffs twice a day for a month i'm still struggling with it. I'm about to start montelukast after a bad attack today and having to be sent home(we were doing 12 minute run in p.e) Had the usual p.e teacher "breathe into a paper bag" response until they realised it wasn't helping.
I'm also still struggling with my hayfever...i normally don't get it during the winter but it's really bad at the moment.
Anyone else with this?
Becca xx
