i have got a spacer - i get a sore throat anyway O_o but yeah i'll try drinking some water and see if it helps ^_^ thanks |

hi, do you use a spacer? this can help you get more medicine into your lungs and therefore not let it sit in your throat and also drink some water after so you have washed your mouth out.

Yes - this used to happen to me - then they gave me a spacer and it helped loads. Why not ask next time you're getting a check-up? |
