It might just be that there were more triggers when u were 18

things that can trigger asthma:
dust
pollen
thunderstormz
hot air
cold air
smoke (any kind)
paint
fumes
aerosols (things like spray deoderants)
and kind of animal with fur
exercise
and heapz more

like urs mine just got worse about 2 years ago after an attack, a bad one which i think started the decline now i am sevre and well its weird! |

Hiya:-) Does anyone know what makes asthma suddenly become worse? I had it very mildly since I was a baby but about a year ago when I was 18 it became a lot worse and so did my heyfever but I can't think why. |
